The client has been unable to meet the team for a number of days – how can we get him/her to tell us what they think of the work we have done?

Sometimes a client’s objectives change due to circumstances related to their business and this can get in the way of the project. There is no easy solution – try to remind them of the benefits that a successful project will give them, let them know that the student’s grades and progress are dependent on getting some feedback and see if an e-mail or phone discussion can replace a meeting and get the information the team needs.
